Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2026
These terms govern your use of InboxQuiet. They are intentionally short and written in plain language. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using InboxQuiet
You may use InboxQuiet for lawful personal and professional communication. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Because we minimise the data we hold, account recovery options may be limited by design.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send spam, malware, or fraudulent messages.
- Do not use InboxQuiet to harass others or to distribute unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Your content
Your messages and data remain yours. We claim no ownership over the content you send or store. We provide the infrastructure to deliver and protect it; we do not read encrypted content or use it for advertising.
Availability
We work to keep InboxQuiet reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may perform maintenance or make changes to features over time, and we will aim to communicate significant changes clearly.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the safety of the service or its users at risk. You may close your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of InboxQuiet after an update means you accept the revised terms.
